I very well see this channel growing to at least 300k subscribers within a year or two. This is really solid content, just wait for more of the language learning community to catch wind of this. Keep it up!

Vocab is the most important imo. Learn how to form a basic sentence then just pile on the vocab. Sometimes you can communicate with a single word

The "become the language" that method helped me a lot. I was able to read in other languages, enhance my vocabulary in Italian. I'm still learning Italian, but it makes it so damn easy to read Spanish. Do you have podcast episodes about false friends or you ever going to bring that up in the future?

In regards to sleep, this is actually really important because when in REM sleep the brain moves new memories from short term memory to long term memory .... Specifically,
"In a study published this month in Neuron, researchers from University of Tsukuba and the University of Tokyo have revealed that adult-born neurons (ABNs) in the hippocampus, which is a brain region associated with memory, are responsible for memory consolidation during REM sleep."
""During learning, specific ABNs may undergo synaptic changes that enable memory consolidation. Further, these synaptic changes may depend on synchronization between specific ABNs and brain oscillations that take place during REM sleep," says Professor Sakaguchi."

watched so many vids on polygots and language learning over the last year, they just keep on repeating... it's always like,
    1000 most common words
    immersion (one form or another)
set your phone, comp to target language
    shadowing
    70-90% comprehension
    ect. ect.
Occasionally I run into something that's really solid and new, but it doesn't happen too often. If you could find stuff that's truly new in the future, that no one has heard before, that would really be something. I know that's a lot to ask for, and would take some real work, but it would be cool to see.

Would you think of making videos in the languages you profess to speak ?
Most polyglots make videos in English; if you made videos in the languages you know, that would be amazing.

Most make the point that the added load of making subtitles for everything is a big factor. English is just the preferred international language right now. I'm sure in a few decades we'll have the same thing with Mandarin.

There are languages going extinct all over the Americas could you learn Nez Perce or some other native language and help them from dying out forever? It would be great if someone like you could create a course to document and get the young speakers to learn, so many languages of global currency are intruding on the lesser learned languages.
Thanks for your videos. Very interesting.
