    I have a UT32A on an oven thats not cooperating. Screen says lock. Will removing lock get the oven running again?

      Apologies for our tardy reply! Please follow these steps to reset the UT/UP500 Series to factory defaults
      1. Remove power from the unit.
      2. Reapply power while depressing the ▲ and ▼ arrow keys together.
      3. At this point the word “TEST” should appear in the PV display
      4. Keep pressing the ▼arrow key until you come to test number 91.
      5. Press the [SET/ENT] key.
      6. Press the ▲arrow key until the value = 1.
      7. Press the [SET/ENT] key.
      8. The controller is returned to default settings. Cycle power to return to the operation screen. Please reach out to us at support@us.yokogawa.com if you have any further questions.

    My PID controller is stuck at STOP command... The Stop red light is lit and that causes output to be 0
