I love your reactions Sam...I think you were actually ready for a time such as this. It does my heart good to have a place I can visit, cut to the chase for good music in the Barbershop style. I am now 80, but in my earlier years I sang in nearly every chorus in the Portland, Oregon area of the Evergreen District. Our Quarter was the "Rose City Slickers." I sang lead. See if any of your followers can find a photo of us in contest. The best we ever did was make the Friday night cut for Prelim's.
