Jesse, we need to compliment his mother on her cooking
You're goddamn right
The fact that this is the top comment. 💀
Damn. That was real. A robber did a better job of being a parent than this kids father ever could. Even left him an inheritance. This is damn good film.
title pls?
@@jellybeanjellybean-tn2lm The Parts you lose
In order to help the kid he also gave himself away when he beat up the dad.
@@jellybeanjellybean-tn2lm the parts you found
That crook did more than teach that kid how to defend himself
thought you said the cook XD
You are so right. Maybe he did not teach fighting skills, however the criminal did teach the little boy Jesse to stand up for himself. That is a very good thing and shall stay with him for the rest of his life!
@@hezowrld Brilliant!
frr
Imagine getting bullied by someone who would get bullied
lol the movie up but the syndorme down
Chances are some other kids were probably using that kid to bully the main character.
Yeah I'm not down with that shit
I was looking for someone talking about this because I saw the bully and just thought what the fuck
I was thinking the same thing
Well I guess Jesse left Alaska
He had to at some point. Got too lonely without Jane.
Lol😅
"a girl of *easy* virtue" 💀
😂
5:35 💀💀💀💀💀
Sounds like a few girls I've known.
😂😂😂😂😂
Funny, that's my ex-wife's nickname.
The movie wasn't exactly a revelation but was well done. Very good cast and the young boy ( played by Danny Murphy who turned 20 today as I'm reading this 2/20/24) did a fantastic job in the lead. It's clearly better than most of the movies and television shows out there.
Jesse after the meth fall out
💀
That ending was tough

Indeed
that thumb nail was tuff
Danny Murphy, who plays Wesley, is deaf in real life, however, his impairment is much more severe than Wesley's, as he is unable to read lips.
Because he hails from England, Danny Murphy was fluent in British Sign Language, which is completely different from American Sign Language. When ASL interpreters first met with Danny, they couldn't understand what he was saying, comparing his signing to a thick Scottish accent. So, Danny learned ASL for the film ~ IMDb
Wow, truly amazing props to Danny for learning two different sign languages.
Brilliant ❤
I had a boss who was deaf and she taught me ASL so we could communicate better. I haven't worked for her for 3 years, but I've had plenty of occasions where knowing it has come in handy.
There's also Signed Exact English and Signed Exact French, so a person can relate to the written word as well.
So????
I refuse to accept the ending 💀
It sucks right?
@@sadjaxx I just created the happier one, in my delusional head 💀
Realities are tough, mostly not 100%.
Good the director didn't create a happy happy ending but a strong one.
@@vitaaviandhono2506I do that some times as life can be hard enough
me too.
For some reason i think the criminal good guy
Excellent story retelling; your cadence, ( voice), was steady, confident allowing interest to build and I found myself increasingly interested to hear more. Please share your skill & gift of telling tales.
Wow! This was great. Loved this. Aaron Paul, the kid, even the villainous dad all did a great job.
tbh idk why you dont have alot of subs your vids r great keep up the effort
I appreciate that!
because recaps are a dime a dozen
@@MrRecapFromCZcamsif you are going to use AI, it must be perfection, one little mistake and people know it’s AI and then they don’t want to subscribe. Thank you for the movie. Maybe you could add at the end of some, how you would change the movie
Good recap. Very useful channel. Aspects of this movie remind me of Charles Dickens’ “Great Expectations”.
The ending was tough made me cry,the kid even packed and said goodbye to his sister this shows he trusted the man anyway he was just a kid😢
13:39 "Wesley doesn't afraid him anymore."
Had a hunch this was A.i narrated, had the hunch confirmed lol
Maybe he's Halo who I hear is a pretty cool guy.
@@SaxyLament What does that mean?
I suspect most of these recap channel videos are made with AI. Narration, script and even the thumbnail if its not just a still frame of the movie
Nice kid, the way he hit the pole with he's bag showing that he's not ready yet🤣🤣🤣
kinda related but the thermos and coin thingy has a easier to make version, all u need is a newspaper and optionally some water, just roll the newspaper up as tightly as possible then fold it, drench it in water to make it harder.
Or a brick in a purse. That's what my sister did in Kindergarten.
She didn't have any more trouble after that and the little boy lost the bruises and knots in a week or so.😂
video is brighter than my future
Great review.
Thanks!
I almost felt like dad was trying to be understanding and that he was exercising patience but then SALT!
No, he just refused to except that his son was deaf
I never got thought to defend myself, this dude stole my name
Seen this movie, it was tough & sad story of a lonely deaf boy Wesley.
He loves his mom, his baby sister, yet his so-called father Ronnie who is a hard working man, Wes doesn't feel much love or respect from him & maybe he is stubborn difficulty of accepting Wesley being handicap & deaf.
Yet he gets unexpected bond with a man, who is a criminal, who was shot during a bank robbery. He does have reasons of what he had done. He also too had a tough life growing up similar to Wesley. Yet later Wesley looks up him like a father figure, teaches him not only to defend himself, not to be afraid, stand up for himself.
The ending was very sad yet, the man did leave a special item to the boy & something else extra.
The end where Wesley sees his dad, who is asked or more like demanding to hug him. Even he felt anger & resentment towards Ronnie.
Yet as he grows up not feeling afraid & not let anyone bully him again by having the ring & remember the man who taught him the ways to be strong.
I guess im been farming to long i saw the rot on the tractor tires and was like o now xD, u still get a good amount
out of em though.
Great story.
Came for the BB references.
Watched breaking bad 20 times, didnt know this recap would have aaron paul in it lmao
I thought I was going to hate someone explaining an ENTIRE F#$king movie to me rather than a brief synopsis, but you did a great job RecapMan, very enaging and pleasant to listen to. Good visuals too.
Is this the follow up in el camino jesse went to alaska.😂😂😂
Jesse just can't help himself, wherever he goes = drama 😄
the fact that she allowed that man into her home knowing his temper and how he dislikes his own child its crazyyy
I like how the bully has downs. Shows everyone with disabilities isnt nice
What a trash talk.
The criminal is more of a good father than the actual father.
Nice !!!!
pretty much what we'd do "alright kid im tired if seeing them kick the shit out of you come over here"
Good story...👌
jesse, we need to teach.
This kind of reminds me of Great Expectations.
lol is "Coooley" cast in the movie :D
You win when you win
I HATE recaps, but you did very well. I see here that I'm already SUBSCRIBED. Thanks for sharing. Happy Spring!
AI Narration: The more you tolerate it, the more of it we'll be getting.
Dang!!! What a masterpiece.
Good movie
man that was a good one
My man Jesse, always had a soft spot for kids, and left them money
I cried sudden slow tears at the end. Beautiful film.
Title plus?
@@enahoroaghomon4846 The Parts You Lose. This was on Netflix.
Jesse: Journey fixing good
Sishio and Sojiro, from Samurai X, Kenshin. Almost the same argument.
Cool story.
Reminds me a bit of 'Great Expectations' by Charles Dickens.
A man who steals to feed his family isn't necessarily a bad person, we just don't understand.
- Marcus Aurelius, Roman Emperor
Kind of similar to the UK movie Whistle down the wind from the 1950's
Kid did a good job reporting against the crim. The Kid turned around and wanted to fight the man with his backpack.
Where is the ripped guy from the miniature?
Jesse is a fine actor.
Anything with Aaron Paul I am there for it!
man when ever you mention movies I go and watch them
How do you find out movie name?
AND OF COURSE THE BULLY HAS DOWN SYNDROME

I love to watch 'Jesse' in action again ..
Nice movie
That's a good movie..
That thumbnail man.
Okay okay, Wasley is cold for what he did on 4:05, Uno reverse😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Mary Elizabeth Winstead!! 😍
That bully definitely has the downs.
imagine getting bullied by THAT KIND OF KID 💀 (no offense)
What is the show called
A movie with Jesse Pinkman in Southpark is crazy man
looks like a good movie where you cheer for the kid to avenge himself
what's with the weird framerate, it looks unreal !!!!
may be he is a criminal but hero to someone.
JESSE!!
Name of the movie please

Jesse Pinkman can't stay out of trouble.
The bully looked like a victim of bullying 😅🤷
