This is nice, but for $1.8M, I would expect a bit more inside and out.
The exterior is awesome. The inside looks like a 200K home.
Why would anyone purchase a home for 1.8 million when the house next door doesn't look worth half a million?

As soon as I saw Brookhaven in the title I automatically thought it would be minimum $1 million lol. I guess it’s true, location, location, location!

I thought the home was beautiful. I liked the exterior of the home and the large back deck. I myself loved the color choices for the home. They were rich, warm, cozy, and elegant.
The rooms and closet space were a bit small for my liking and I’m guessing those aren’t real wooden floors because the price of the house should definitely have real wooden floors. I wished it had a barbecue set up area and a pool BUT overall it’s a lovely home.

The positive thing about this home it's a modern with palette choices of color just like mama family show in the 70s I like it , the negative thing is so many bedrooms for under 3500 square feet home

I don’t understand the exterior projection from the main living space. From the inside you cannot see to your left or right. Maybe that was intended, but I would want to see more of my surroundings. Someone could be on the property and might not be seen.
The interior and decor of this house look very cheap. Likewise, the neighborhood is a circus. However, the upstairs master bathroom has nice gray tile. I am the least impressed with this home. 😢😢

It's not always about the size, but the quality of the build is not worth what they're asking either.

So a hedge fund, also know as REITs, also know as Private Equity Firm bought a single family fixer upper for $45k - invested about $60 to $100k at best but are asking $2 million for their investment. Go figure!

Look I'm not sure about this open concept homes I love to cook and here and there a have to do a deep cleaning kitchen here at my house because steams or greasy stuff from fried chicken or whatever , in my furniture close to this stove now I'm not gonna clean my couch next to the island or everything lay in the next room to open to close

The interior colours are awful! Too dark!
I like the colors, but I can see it getting depressing during the winter when it’s dreary outside. And although the paint can be changed, those dark colors will be out of style soon. I’d stay with more basic color scheme.

Maybe you’re not using proper setting on CZcams. This video was filmed in 4K quality. Be sure to select the setting on the player to ensure you’re watching in 4K if your internet supports.
@raymondrileyjr its the coloring of the video. It's too warm. It's throwing off the color of the home. It's ok to use an iPhone but you should probably use Prores log files so that the video can look cleaner.

Broker and I’m thinking about getting out here with my IPhone… But comments like these would make me 😡… This is something my videographer husband would say.. Most of us use our 4K cameras on our phone…. Now they have higher “K” cameras because IPhone is killing their market… People with their new big cameras want to flex… Its not about the qualify of this video, its that you over paid for you dumb camera and your ego! Just wait IPhone coming with that 10k soon and then they will waste more money on “k”… We are going to be able to see souls in a minute!!😂 ok back to looking for houses… Thanks Raymond I will send this property to my client…
