What The Hell Is Going On With Owen Morris? (I Cried Laughing)

- While filming my latest feature I realised that I had laughed so much making it that by the end it looked like I had been crying. And I had. With laughter.
And so I thought, rather than confusing everyone with my eyes growing increasingly bleary throughout the vid, I'd just show you the feature AND what happened while making it.

You losing the plot was by far the funniest part. I think he thought his move to the other side of the world would make an interesting vlog then quickly realised he had absolutely nothing worthwhile to say and gave up. A wise decision.

Owen is a genius. Albeit a bizarre one. He also produced the debut albums of Indie Punk bands The View and The Paddingtons. Whenever both bands were asked about working with Owen, it almost seemed like they never even knew where to start. Especially with The Paddingtons, who Owen apparently subjected to alot of comedic mental torture. There's a great podcast interview of The Paddingtons on CZcams where a good portion of it discussed their time with Owen, confirming alot of his madness. With their guitarist Marv in particular. 😂
I know those guys personally and I’ve heard stories from Lloyd and Tom about the session. Even the pre production in Hull was a mad one 👍
How good would he have been if he was also a musician and was a formal member of the band? What a great a character . Love him. I owe him a lot for putting oasis in my ears as a teenager, as much as the band really

I absolutely loved this video James, and also your capturing of this. Was it the fact you were filming it as you do your other videos trying to be serious and journalistic that made it so funny? His videos weren't that funny to me but I suppose it depends on your personal perspective :D the stuff that makes me cry of laughter, I doubt anyone would laugh at lol anyway it was brilliant nonetheless thank you

Unlike most viewers, I’ve actually lived in Costa Rica. I’m an Englishman, not from Wales or Scotland. It’s very pretty. BUT, the humidity is just intolerable. Way worse than midsummer in Florida. I found it so bad that I gave up after four months. You’re only able to be vaguely normal in the water, in a car with air con, or inside. Not for cold weather types.
