Drew keeps saying he beat Brock Lesnar in five minutes but he didn’t. He beat him in 4:28 seconds!!! He did even better than 5!! I’m so proud of Drew
Cant help but he happy for Drew. His initial run was to become the future of the WWE and sadly was turned into a jobber, and nobody took him serious. To see him now one of the best in the company since returning is truly awesome to see. It just proves hard work, determination, and goal setting will get you where you want to be ✊🏻

Nailed it Sheamus! That was what I was asking and waiting for since his first appearance on the channel with his bicep recovery training.
Thank's to both of you for making it happen. It was a long journey to get to 100 episodes and in my opinion every single one was worth watching it and getting inspired to stay motivated, focused and in the end sometimes just "Bloody do it!"
This series helped me a lot on my own recovery and improvement journey, sometimes with new routines which I could try or ideas how to overcome my obstacles and sometimes (actually quite often) also with a good laugh which kept my mood up.
Oh and I really second Drew's opinion on the leg curl machine. I work with it for over a year now and I hated it really bad in the beginning but now really like it cause I see the improvement it did to me.
So again, thank you for keeping the channel alive and kicking and I'm curious what or who will come next.
