  • The confluence of muddied Roaring Brook flowing into the clear Lackawanna River in South Scranton, and muddying the river from that point on downstream. A Pennsylvania American Water project to upgrade the No. 7 reservoir and its dam in Dunmore released silt and sediment that muddied the waterways. Video by Jim Lockwood.
