- The confluence of muddied Roaring Brook flowing into the clear Lackawanna River in South Scranton, and muddying the river from that point on downstream. A Pennsylvania American Water project to upgrade the No. 7 reservoir and its dam in Dunmore released silt and sediment that muddied the waterways. Video by Jim Lockwood.
I can see the now heavy silt covered bottom,and that stretch was absolutely spring fantastic last 20 plus years until now
Yes upsetting was there yesterday,seen no trout rise went upstream above roaring brook. And caught several, I would like to know outcome of this,had to harm aquatic life etc
