- My first ride up the incredible mountain rode to Mt. Graham in Safford AZ. The last 12 miles was closed due to road conditions, but I will be back when it warms up to finish the adventure.

Beautiful scenery, the best part is it looks like you had the road all to yourself. Going to watch again, I would like to see that bobcat. Take it easy Widget.
Thank You DW, I think if I was a bit earlier there would have been more traffic, but it was a Wednesday too. I really had to zoom in too see that bobcat with the editing tools, he blended in perfectly as he should. Still it was neat to finally see one.

It's going to be a few months until I can take a long ride but I really do need to get to the Arizona mountain back roads. I've really only driven the main roads through Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott etc. in a truck. Your V-STROM is making it look really sweet. There are some good deals on a new 650s right now. Hmmm.
The Vstrom 650 is a good bike. I enjoy it for rides like this where I spend the day in the saddle. AZ I feel has as much to offer as any other.
Oh and Rob, I now have a new pair of new Suzuki hand guards on the Vstrom. My fingers are happy WooHoo!!

I’m thinking of doing the AZBDR in April for something to do since my plans changed and I have 5 days off on the DR650.
