Always quote your strengths and weaknesses honestly however, don’t just mention your weaknesses but also assure them how you have overcome it. Having weaknesses wouldn’t make you a right choice of candidate for any position.
For example, if someone ask you about your weaknesses, - I can say,” I wasn’t organised enough in planing my diary, that eventually lead to missing few important appointments what I regret in later days. This is my weakness but no employer would accept you with this awful behaviour.
So I will also prove them how did you overcome this bad habit. An example of answer will be- following realisation of few missed appointments, I made myself to enter future events in my outlook with reminders of 24 hrs in advance, that kept me always to be alerted on next day appointments.
It reflects your quality of being self assessed.
Be calm and composed, be yourself with natural tone. Be precise on your answers, don’t overwhelm the situation.
