    it was a surprise to me when the sap wood whitish spots disappear after the black oil based polishing was done,I've always had trouble with sap wood great video thanks

    I would have thought the oil based stain shot would not have mixed well with the water-based stunning stain?

      Works just the same as an oil finish on stain really :) although I explained the product a bit wrong as Osmo is a wax finish, nonetheless same logic applies

    What wood is the guitar made of?

      It has a birch body, ash top, maple/beech neck, and a rosewood fretboard
