How did you consume Triphala?
@@ashishrathode6239 1-2 Triphla teaspoon, 2 cup water, on low flame boil it till it turns to 1 or 1-1/4 cup. Add honey and consume. OR- Consume 1 teaspoon Triphla powder with like warm water at night before bed. Better to use either way before bed. Shall be wonderful.
