If the mentality of upper caste people towards the depressed class people is still not changing even after making them realise of equal rights and the depressed people are suffering as before, to sirf orally samjhane s or keh dena s ki sb equal hain, issey depressed classes ko unke rights nahin mil jate. They're still facing the discrimination. So I think it was must to have a provision for the them constitutionally at that point of time. Much respect for B.R Ambedkar sir!

No this is not happening now, and if u talk about discrimination so we are suffering too u get reservation and a capable student didn't qualify and those u r incapable who took seat:' in real sence this is also discrimination, here qualifications must be on the basis of capabilities and talent not on the basis of castes...real exam is when every body is treated equal not like this free reservations

@@sanyogitathakur7058 I think you should visit some backward area to check the same. I belong to a very backward region and so i have been watching this discrimination since my childhood. Secondly i'm not getting any reservation. And thirdly i also support reservation based on certain logical and real factors.

How were the reserved seats for depressed classes increased from 71 to 147 when they were 78 according to communal award?

78 seats was for depressed class and minority (refer Pg 408 spectrum)
71 was only for depressed class which was increased to 147
