- Defence Villas are community houses situated in Sec F | Phase 1 | DHA Islamabad. It is a joint venture between DHAI and Bahria Town. Its allotment is from DHAI and its maintenance by Bahria Town. It consists of 11 marla Villas having 3 Bed | 4 Bed & 5 Bed accommodation.
These villas are ideally located near Bahria Greens Overseas Enclave, Phase 8. These villas have their own Jamia Masjid and Commercial Market.

Nearby Schools? Colleges? Commercial area (The one you showed is very small)? hospital? Does this area lie in Islamabad?
This area in is DHA Islamabad & some portion in pindi. Many famous school colleges big commercials are already nearby.

Would you be kind enough to advise me whether it would beneficial to buy 10 marla plot in societies like Bahria enclave or Park view for 100 lacs and then spend 120 lacs more to get in constructed or buy this for 220 - 240. Considering the distance for city center (Zero point) from Park view and Bahria are much closer compared to DHA homes
