My 1 year old cocker has lost the art of listening to me and staying close to me and also gets over excited. Any help would be really appreciated 🤞🙏 She’s very good at sit, down, stay, recall, it’s literally moments when she loses all focus when I’m moving with her.

Well it could be a lot of things but you need to make sure you use a sterile environment when you can keep sessions short and make sure you crate her before training but it could be lost if other stuff 👍

She's into the teenage phase, I wouldn't worry about it to be honest.
