I've been thinking of your ball on base and drafting system. What if for your younger qb's and players ypu use moderately tweaked bases, and as they progress, and particularly have a good game during the season, they gwt progressively better tweaked basra, then you will have a more naturally developed players. Only a suggestion. And again, your game commentary is first rate.
Can you make a video of making your molds? I would really appreciate it. By the way, I really enjoy tour game commentary. Thanks.
