I used the same password for the repeater and root router, but when I tried to connect to the repeater, I keep getting an error that says the network security ID is incorrect.
WIFI works well. but the ethernet OR LAN is not working from new repeater we have made. how we can activate that repeater LAN also. thanks
Bro ye tho bass extended kr raha hain maine router ki range ko mere ko different ip range chaiye please help mere ghar maine 15-20 mobile h or ak router nahi jhel pa ra I want to say wisp mode kese kru jisme dono router ki ip range alag alag ho ?

I couldn't get with this but I did the following steps in my asus smatphone i got internet wifi connection with TP link wireless N router 150mbps
1. settings
2. click on Wifi settings
3.you will see 'TP link_F588A4'
4.Long press 'TP link_F588A4'
5. you will see Modify network
6.click on 'Modify network'
7.keepProxy as 'None'
8.in IP settings select 'Static' option from drop box
9. there u will see ip address, gateway, dns1, dns2
10.enter the parameters seen in 'DHCP Settings' seen on opening in desktop/ laptop.
11. then click 'Save'
Then automatically connects/connect through wifi again.
For opening 'DHCP Settings' in desktop/ laptop= connect to TP link_F588A4 through wifi/cable. Then internet browser type '192.168.0.1/' . Enter same user name & pass word for both as 'admin.

I think its V4 or 4.1...have v4.1 and UI looks the same. Have also v5 and if you can choose between v4 and v5 go for v5, less options, but more user friendly and easier to setup.
I tried but i couldn’t connect my repeater router,, model : archer c20 750
No need for all of this.. just open the default ip address and type user and pass, then it will prompt you tp operate as an extender..
Select your original network name from there and select it to be woth the same name..
type the same password as the original one and done..
Turn off your repeater and move it to the preferred location
Your devices will auto switch between the two.
