i went vegan about a month ago and i discovered oat milk and it's so tasty. for anybody who's developed a palate for real milk (i grew up in the us on Hood whole milk) and wants to try a dairy-free alternative, i really strongly recommend oat milk. it's creamier than almond milk but not as sweet as soy milk, and oats are really good for u!!! it does have a bit of an oaty aftertaste (some brands more than others) but i don't mind it and i don't feel that it takes away from the rest of it. as of now, my favorites are planet oat and silk

@@noahhaha5199 yeah, my doctor recommended taking some multivitamins because if you aren't getting enough B12 you can make yourself anemic. i'll admit that i haven't been taking them (oops) but i know they come in big bottles of either capsules or gummies and you can find find them pretty much anywhere where that offers over-the-counter meds.

Being allergic to stuff sucks, I'm allergic to pollen, kiwi, (mildly) allergic to cats, (heavily) allergic to Guinea Pigs, I'm also allergic to a bunch of cleaning products and I can die from breathing the fumes of bleach, along with that my skin is sensitive so I'm stuck using baby lotion all my life which isn't unpleasant at all but some people think it's weird
