    Thank you so much. Just found out a friend of mine that I’ve known for 14 years has started having hearing issues. I’m gonna learn sign language for him.

    I love this! I'm going to compliment my friends in asl and then they won't know how I'm complimenting them. But I am.

    I JUST NOW LEARNED THIS SO I COULD COMPLIMENT A FAMILY OF TWO FEMALES & 1 MALE IN A BURGER KING. I FEEL GREAT BEING ABLE TO COMUNICATE AT LEAST A COMPLIMENT TO SOMEONE VIA SIGN LANGUAGE

    native Chinese here, noticed the tattoo on your right arm saying three chinese zodiac sign (rat twice). I am curious what's the intention behind it?

      @@ASLwithAndreaGregory I'm glad you're left handed, being right handed its easier to follow along, and repeat the same movements. Like looking in a mirror. Vs following a right handed person and reversing the image in your head, which takes time and thought and distracts you from learning

    • @ASLwithAndreaGregory
      @ASLwithAndreaGregory  Před rokem +1

      I'm Right handed. But I record in a mirrored lens, so you can follow easier. 😉

    How do you say; “She’s fit” in sign language?! 😃😂

    • @ASLwithAndreaGregory
      @ASLwithAndreaGregory  Před 2 lety +1

      It rarely comes out in translation. It would look more like she healthy or she good shape.

    • @mrwizzardknight
      @mrwizzardknight Před 2 lety +1

      @@ASLwithAndreaGregory Cool thanks! ;) 👍 Oh, oh! Japanese comes out as “she’s healthy too” and for Dutch you could say; “Zij is spang” or “Zij is lekker” and just like German “Lekker” means tasty! XD

  • @kieralisekellystanchek6729

    Isn't that the sign for now? Don't you sign today as "now" "day"?

    • @ASLwithAndreaGregory
      @ASLwithAndreaGregory  Před 3 lety +5

      The sign for today and now are the same sign, it's all about the context of the sentence.
