When will this parliament ever learn? They make the same mistake on goats, on COVID cure, on a hospital & they keep losing tax payers money. They keep making the same MISTAKES over & over again Irritating & baffling.
Let Mr Magoola put up his company for public share subscription and Government concentrate on rebuilding our hospitals and schools. At the end we will export the pharmaceutical products as it wants.
Why not crest the pharmaceutical manufacturing companies through public share subscriptions by all Ugandans buying shares rather than Government giving money. Hon Nsereko is right.
