I could listen to this guy all day. Such wisdom especially about depression at a time when no-one spoke about it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ari last weekend at Autosport International and he is a great guy, lots of time for fans, superb humour and very approachable.

The WRC should have a podcast like F1 does. There is such wisdom from these legends, the ones who tamed the Group B beasts! Here in Argentina everybody knows Ari and his story. Massive event on our 40 year rally!

I met Ari briefly in Eirias Park Colwyn Bay a few years back, when we used to have the WRC UK here in North Wales. He seemed such a laid back fella, very content and happy with everything. It's only now these few years on, that I truly realise what an honour it was to meet him, even if for such a brief time. I'll now always have a signed card with his rally-(not Dakar) Peugeot 205 on it to remind me of the special event. Another of my motorsport hero's Robert Kubica was also at the drivers signing event, and sadly I remember him in a totally different way, as he seemed 'very' miserable..:((, and didn't even have the common curtesy to look up when I went to get a signed picture. Although Sebastian Ogier made up for it, as I'll always remember his beaming smile-(he was World Champion at the time..:)) ), and our short conversation, as I wished him,...'have a good u'n',....to which he simply replied,...'Thank you'. I hope we eventually get the WRC back here in North Wales, as it's been very sadly missed now since our last event in 2019..:((

As Ari said many years ago that there are two of his greatest loves are Motor Rallying and His Creator. All MIGHTY GOD . !!! Obvious to me that he had come to the the place where he was able to put his own life into His Hands .. after God's ✋ came up on him....AND PUT ALL OF HIS BODY BACK TO GETHER !!! GOD BLESS !!!

@@wilspu5590 The presenter here is David Icke who famously had a change of career and beliefs. He went from mainstream journalist and sports presenter in the UK to firstly claiming to be the Son of God and the power of the colour turquoise. Later claimed some world leaders were reptiles along with various conspiracy theories. Seems to of worked well though as has a massive following with some claims arguably having some basis.
