Just watched this episode... am trying to catch up. I have a suggestion since they all love different fruits. Give everyone a duty once a week to blend two or three different fruits (they can make everyone guess.. what's in my shake?) You will never go wrong with this and everyone will love it instead of everyone eating their individual favourite fruit they can make healthy shakes to share with everyone. An example is (I recommend plain yoghurt with every shake) banana/ mango/strawberry or grapes/mango/orange/ banana etc... let me know if they try it. Just throw into the blender the chosen fruits, a cup or two of plain yoghurt depending on how many people are going to be served and some ice cubes if its a hot day...My family loves it! Take advantage of nango and orange season also and when fruits are cheap let them do alot of mango/orange juice and put in the fridge throughout for kids to grab a healthy drink when they are thirsty... nisalimie kama ninesaidia Kuwalea kidogo ..
