Got a couple of things but all in all an amazing first year of the SSC and well run show.
Having some concessions or food and water at the show would be huge (I had too many protein bar samples) It would be awesome to have Alpha Eats serving at the show for the fans and the hungry/ thirsty competitors when they're done.
Splitting up the show an extra day or having scheduled times for the competitors would be great for the judges and competitors.
Can't wait to see what the future holds for Summer Shredding!!!
Implement better song choice. I've seen so many bodybuilding shows and the songs they play there are trash.
is this bulking up? you look so uncomfortably overweight almost obese status this is not how you bulk up man this is the effect of not taking proper Post Cycle.

INPUT ON THE CHANGES NEXT YEAR everyone who qualifies for the Championship show and creates a video should have an opportunity to be crowned champion if it’s not all about physiques and it’s more about the journey to get there. I understand that’s a lot of videos to watch but if that was handled prior to the show, it might make it easier and then come up with a Top 10 options for the judges to vote.

Everyone needs to understand that goomah is working on getting a pro card. There's absolutely no way that you get a pro card without getting on gear. Christian is absolutely 100% on some real gear and it's showing. Dude has absolutely blown up and is huge now. I've been a sub since 2016 and have been inspired by him in many ways, if ye wants to hop on gear..hey let him take the ride and chase his goal. He most definitely looks waaaay different but thats what gear does to people. Good luck with your journey Christian and I'll be here supporting no matter what👊🏼

I don’t know if Christian will see this but one of the biggest hurdles for anyone going to the gym is the gym itself. It is intimidating as f*** when you are overweight and you see guys with great bodies working out. Mentally you feel inferior and like you’ve stepped into their domain and shouldn’t be there. It’s all in the head, those guys are probably the nicest and are just doing their thing.
So I thought, what the gyms need is sections or layers based on weight. I swear I would be more motivated to workout around people who are similar to me in the fat loss journey and then move to the section where I see guys jacked and working out, like that is the section I want to be. It’s a mental help to want to join them and I’m sure guys who are jacked want to workout with people similar as they have the knowledge and are focused on the workouts etc. A beginner wouldn’t.
I guess this is too much work for gyms, replicating equipment but I swear it will revolutionise the gyms

I feel like the women’s champion didn’t really get any air time on the video at the end like the men’s champion. It was a quick clip of the ring and that’s it. Maybe it was an error in editing or something. Everyone looks amazing and kudos to all of them for their hard work.

Love what you are doing with the SCC ❤ One feedback I have is to make sure to limit the use of any illegal substances in all devisions even transformation. As a competitor myself I know its part of the sport & there will always be some that don't play by the rules. But with high incentives come higher chances of people trying to take advantage of the genuine spirit of Summer Shredding to score money, sponsorships etc. I belive in the good of the CG community but I think giving the great incentives there needs to be in competition testing for the conpetitive classes & some sort of moral code for transformation.
The experience of doing your first diet, first comp or first summer shredding is so powerful & genuine that the SCC should stay open & accesible to all people, except those who are trying to take an unfair advantage, at least that's my opinion
