Hey, Stephanie, if you have shattered eyeshadow, add a few drops of rubbing alcohol. Press the shadow with a spoon to pack it down. When the alcohol evaporates, it will be solid again.

I stopped ordering from them and deleted the app. Heard too much negative things about them and some of the stuff is so cheaply made.
