Note: A Carolina rig is when you put a bullet weight (or any weight that slides on the line) on the main line first. Then tie a double sided swivel to the main line keeping the weight on. After that tie a piece of mono leader line (mainly 12 to 14 lbs.) to the bottom end of the swivel. Once that is done tie the hook ( your preference) I like a size 4 to 5 Vector Straight Shank Hook.
