So take care of yourself, you look great, but allow yourself a cheat day here and there. Life is very short.
Exactly only eating real clean will keep you there longer than if you don’t unless God calls you back of course you can eat cheat at times but there are many healthy cheat meals options
If i ever get cancer i would eat as healthy as i can be cancer feeds from sugar and all thag stuff. Yes eating healthy isnt a guarantee no but it will make the risk smaller especially if you already had cancer

Dietitians argue here that for a diet to be health it must be balanced ie you must include carbs but they suggest eating small amounts such as spoonfuls of e.g, Chickpeas black beans and 2 tablespoons of brown Basmati rice. Total keto they argue make people to lack energy. But l dont know if you notice the lack of energy part of the diet. What I do know is that you are a totally transformed Dianna, who is looking younger and amazing. You all Remain Blessed
I lost 38 lbs in 6 months in Korea. I ate Seaweed chips, rice cakes for snacks. I had one green tea latte a day, iced. Like a milkshake. I had chicken, salad fish and loads of rice and noodles. Bulgogi, Kimbap, and chop cha. Sp?

So restricting ourselves would only cause us in the end to overeat on the foods we like.
