Really loving the content! Your Venus series is really great. Hope you’ll do another full play through. IMO you’re one if not the best caster for stationeer!
Love your content! Looking forward to the next series!! :D Reminder for newbies: don't leave the starter Crates unsecured outside. Put them on Crate Mounts, or make some lockers, store the stuff inside and disassemble the crates. I had to restart a couple of times because I forgot the storms would make my crates vanish lol

That's what I love about this game. You can totally do the recommended, tutorial method of making an airlock or you can mess around and come up with a different way.
Shocked you never encountered a storm through that whole playthrough. I've chased storage crates across the plains before on Mars and lost ingots to them.
@@MatthewJOsbourne Yes, I watched them all. :) However, when he started the food and water situation was much different than it is now and with the new power items I was curious if he might take a different approach now.
Yeah, I figured that was the situation and was just having a laugh. I started a Venus last night, and found that the only way to not have to go through the waste to o2 tank shuffle for a long time was to do the vacuumed room and a couple of spare canisters till you can get gas reclaim going. Basically, fast tracking the pipe bender and the airlock, and the full frame base (cheat). Not sure if there is a reasonable way without the cheat tbh.
@@MatthewJOsbourne OK, that's what I was wondering. I've had the same problems. Just wanted to see if he had any tricks that maybe I hadn't thought of. :)
coming back to this game is even harder than before, my oxygen depletes in like 3 days now, it seems ill never get an oxygen set up done in time. ive followed this tutorial before and it went flawlessly, but now i just keep dying and on easy difficulty.
How do you get around the water issue? What you built with the water tank connected to the ice crusher simply doesn't work anymore as the ice crusher doesn't warm the ice up meaning that you have pipes filled with -32 degree crushed ice that does not go into the tank or the water bottles.
@@theorangeheadedfella Or better, using the waste heat from your furnace ;) It's easy enough once you have an enclosed room, and I always play on Stationeer so that's a prerequisite for any drinking anyway :P
The whole "Hard difficulty means you have to open helmet to drink" logic never made sense to me. It's artificial complexity that only makes sense in the Kerbal Space Program (where everyone are expendable)...
"You prioritize whatever is going to kill you first" I am so glad I was not drinking my coffee right then...
Great tip on dropping ices into the furnace during the day - I have 2000 hours in the game and you're STILL showing me stuff I hadn't thought of.
I didn't figure it out, I saw someone else do it.

Let's now kid ourselves. He is the best out of the English speaking group. Both entertaining and informative.
English speaking? I only speak bad english.
@@cowsareevil7514 lol well I do not speak any other languages, so I cannot say how any others are.
Your "How to get started on Mars" was extremely helpful. Thank You.
I was watching your twenty-seventh episode of Venus, and then you uploaded this.
I'm looking forward to the next episode. I hope you do a second series.

I usually find that anything still in the crates when the first storm hits is just junk that I will not ever use.
I don't know man... I've been playing on the moon and am still waiting for a storm
Thats the most organised i have ever seen you!
A hole in the ground is an excellent storage solution.
"A moose once bit my sister". Classic.

Literally you are great stationeer, been looking your videos for few days xD
I always get caught up in building a basic airlock. Never even occurred to me that a couple of vents would do the trick.
That's what I love about this game. You can totally do the recommended, tutorial method of making an airlock or you can mess around and come up with a different way.
The subtitles cracked me up! 🤣
Great tutorial
Thanks for the great content! FYI, the playlist is spelled incorrectly. :-)
thanks ,very informantive for first time player

u can wrench off crates from lander and bring 'em closer to base
Nice 👋👍
Now I'd like to see one for the moon, since every planet has some kind of atmosphere to work with, where as the moon does not. :p
Moon will be next.
@@cowsareevil7514 GASP is this true?! I'M SO EXCITED! Will it be a tutorial video like this one or will it be a series?
Don’t think you mentioned that stuff left unsecured outside the base will be relocated after a storm.
I had a specially designed storage hole.
It's about time
Love your videos. Can you please do this exact same type video for Venus as well?
He did... 33 episodes long... lol

I will go in order of difficulty. The Moon next.

update: had no idea you can refuel from the white tank provided lol. love this games depth. learning a lot from your vids mick.
Wait, the basic jets pack can run on any kind of gas mix? not just nitrogen?
the poor moose!

im pretty sure you can heat the water up with a pipe heater

But did the moose enjoy the taste?
Don’t think the taste matters… Pretty sure the moose was replaced by a Llama…😉
I don't recall having the option to mute the alerts, that something new ? ( i haven't played in a bit ;) )
Its in the options now. Not sure when they added it.
@@MatthewJOsbourne thank you 😊
