He made this song because he wanted to prove that people can like good music even if they don't understand the lyrics of a song. That is why he uses made up words.
If you want my detail opinion, I'd be delighted to exchane with you about the topic... both in English and in Swedish! feel free to send me a private message
anyway that's a good job since I poor westerner got completely fooled. I just speak hebrew fluently and have a few notions of arabic and I thought I had heard some words I know IF YOU SAY SO I won't contradict you :-) dya live in sweden too?
Yes I am sir/madam!in fact I roughly understand spoken swedish, but I master quite well written swedish. I can read it with no major problem. I've been there a few times already. What vid are you talking of? the one over massinvandring aret 1998? If you want my opinion, so many immigrants over such a short time into a country like sweden isn't viable. I'm myself offspring of immigration in my own homeland but I hate when ppl speak about immigration always as a beneficial thing. It simply isn't.
@CakyCake just because you cannot understand doesn't mean its a made up language, go google Farsi and see what comes up !! words like mother and brother come from farsi originally. So don't start insulting the vast use and intelligence of other languages without examining yours first. I am not a native speaker so I can't tell you in Farsi what is being sung, but my primary language is Arabic, and Farsi have a lot of things in common especially the alphabet. Arabic also has a big influence.
The fuck? Arabs use Farsi alphabets! Persians started the history of the whole world! Others got their cultures and languages and science from Iranians! Go improve your knowledge of history please!
Actually it is, you can look it up. Surely, it's similar to Persian and Farsi, since he is Iranian, and I can sense some Spanish influance, too. Anyway, plenty of artists use made up languages or gibberish for songs. The meaning behind it that you can feel just the music and human sound without a concrete lyrics telling you what to feel, what the song is about. You can decide it for yourself. A really great idea 😊
