Solution: In the future, take a listen to your vocals, comparing them to the original, and pitch-shifting them until they match. Note: Slenderman may or may not actually be off. It's hard to tell with his soundfont. Jeff was 100% off, though.

Pixel sonic and eleted's voices were well tuned but otherwise all of the other voices were off pitch and just sound wrong
