I have a problem with lunar client on my pc if i was to go into a game or something it takes really long time and will not loafs eveything in the end where on badlion it loads eveything instantly and my pc specs are i5 2500 and 8gb ram 1333mhz and my name is Silveky, love the client so much keep up the work
Everyone has different things so some might run lunar better then badlion and some might run lunar better for me lunar is better so its not the issue lunar can fix i think
The tutorial is great. But after I installed it, and tried to log in, it just closed the window as if nothing happened. What I mean is, that when i typed in the (right) password, it just closed the window and brought me back to the log in with Microsoft. A cycle that i dislike.

i am not upset about it but it is kinda annoying that neither this or bad lion shows up on the search bar like how other apps do. these are great clients.
u have to create a launcher for it do sudo apt install menulibre and enter , then when its done and asks to continue or so type y and enter and when the thing pops up press the + in the top left corner then new launcher, change its name and press the checkmark then make the next to command press file and choose the download file of lunar or badlion client

On chromebook go in Setting --> Linux (Beta) --> Install (it will install an Debian VM) after that download the *.appimage file and copy/paste it in Linux folder after that open the Terminal and tape the ls command the verify that the file is here and do the chmod commande like in the video

chromeos (which is the os thats loaded onto chromebooks) uses ubuntu which is a linux distortion supported by lunar client. Although if you are using a school chrome book, this might be harder since most schools prevent the terminal for use. however, if you have access to the terminal you should have no issues installing it
@@raresgxd4119 its not installed its just placed somewhere else in /opt/lunar-client/ i think and then probably has a command set for it that launches it in /usr/bin/ Im not sure exactly but kinda like that and appimages already have everything it needs bundled together so its not dependent on which other stuff u dont have installed
just download appimagelauncher, use dolphin file exlporer, right click on the .appimage, go to properties, and click "allow execution of file", just double click it, and press integrate and run.

just find out the file name or use bash completion with the tab key
