Your presentation is superb, and very informative, you almost touched all aspect of NRI seat. One information is missing. At what stage of counselling, NRI cft is required ? How much time is given to candidates once notification of counselling is published ? Since it takes time to make NRI cft

Dear NRI Certificate can be obtained from nearest Indian Embassy. At the start of any counselling you need it. And its a single day work to obtain it once you get an appointment from the Embassy.
