I am Canadian from Toronto Canada and I want to know how eating fat can taste good. I like the videos but I want to know why eating fat is good for you and how do they make it taste good. I have NEVER eaten fat in my life before and she makes it look so delicious and I want to try to make it at home but when I have eating other foods, every time I get fat in my mouth I just automatically spit it out because the texture freaks me out and I do not like it but to me, this fat is different I think. If there is anyone that can answer any of my questions I would greatly appreciate it! My youngest daughter loves Korean food and she has started to buy pork belly to make at home but the port belly that they sell in our grocery stores does not look like the one she is eating. Would we have to buy the pork belly from a Chinese store in order to find the cut of pork that she is eating, I do not know. So again if anyone can help that would be great! Is there any nutritional value in this port fat that she is eating. Thanks!

Is it a part of your culture to eat fast and do you always eat that fast, let say like when you go out to the Restaurant to eat, do you eat the same way or do you eat fast just for the videos.
I don't think that the person who runs this channel reads the comments which is sad because I have so many unanswered questions! I really, really want to know why the Chinese (Oriental) people love eating fat?!!!!!! Why? I have to know!
