Ian Noes imagery is haunting. And we think it a giant pain to have to deal with traffic on the way to the grocery store....
Ian Noe is a beast. This song is so sick. I've only known Ian from his first two songwriter albums and being the last one to tour with Prine. This guy has got "It." So dark sometimes, but so real and badass.
He's the best visual songwriter I've ever heard. The way he tells the story makes me see it in my head clear. My favorite artist hands down

You hear everyone talk shot about loving to hear a modern fay bob Dylan and how no one makes music like they used to but HERE.... RIGHT HERE. This guy has talent plus! Didn't know he could shred a guitar like that. Love it.
Look up his acoustic stuff. He one of the best finger pickers in a long long time. Its pretty easy to "shred" a guitar, and it sounds impressive to those who dont do both. But finger picking is much much harder...and Ians finger picking is as good as it gets
That all depends on the shred. I wouldn’t be quite that dismissive of a style. Anything can be taken to a place where few others can follow.
