Did you sell freshers tickets in person or on facebook etc? I've already bought tickets i now no longer need so need to sell them when I start uni! Really helpful video btw! x
I sold mine on Facebook as they had freshers groups/pages just for my uni! try and sell before freshers but don't panic as you can try again on the day of the event! thank you!

Really helpfull video! ABBI could u give me some advice on this? My next year (first at uni) colleagues added me to group chats/snapchat and they are amazing but i feel awfull for not being that much time chatting with them on social media. Do u think ill be a bit excluded by them if i dont keep contact online before i meet them in person? I sort of feel this need to be constantly checking my messages from the group and say something but im terrible speaking through chat and being funny (and myself) since i come from a different country and i sometimes i dont understand some british jokes and cultural references or i just dont know what to send them :) plus i dont have much time to check the messages on my phone...:( XX
Glad you found it helpful! My advice on this would be, try and not stress too much about potentially being excluded. I wasn't on any group chats with my course mates before uni and our house chat was just to sort things out like who was bringing a toaster etc. If you're going to be great mates, that will happen with or without you having to reply all the time and you're going to be studying and living together for ages so you'll have plenty of time to spend with them when you actually get there. I promise you that you'll find your friends regardless of whether or not they end up being this group of people so please don't feel pressured to come across funny or try and impress them, I'm sure you'll do that anyway! I hope this was helpful and I wish you so much luck! xx

im in the same position as her, and i work at tesco, ive worked part time for the past 2 years. Instead of transferring me to another store they just changed my contract to a holiday worker. id suggest that supermarkets are the way to go! hope this helps x
