AVN Hip एक ऐसी बीमारी है जिसमे Hip Joint के ball में खून का प्रवाह रुक जाता है जिसकी वजह से पेशंट को दर्द का सामना करना पड़ता है। किसी कारन जब Hip Joint में blood supply करने वाले arteries अपना काम ठीक से नहीं करते तो ये समस्या शुरू होती है। Covid के कारन hip को रक्तप्रवाह बंद हो जाता है और जिसके कारन यह ball ख़राब हो जाता है जिसे AVN Hip कहा जाता है।
हमारे शरीर में कैल्शियम जमा और निकालने की प्रक्रिया हमेशा चालु होती है और इसी पे हमारे शरीर का पूरा functioning होता है और हमारी हड्डिया मजबूत रहती है । Covid 19 के कारण जो हड्डियों में जो कैल्शियम जमा होता है वह कम हो जाता है। जिसके कारन AVN Hip होता है।
इस AVN Hip में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण दवाई है Mycophenolate जो इस बीमारी का इलाज करती है। जिसमे शरीर से निकलने कैल्शियम और शरीर में जमा होने वाला कैल्शियम समान्तर हो जाता है और हड्डी ख़राब होना रुक जाता है और इसी इलाज से हम AVN Hip में सर्जरी को रोक सकते है। पर इसे जो damage हो चूका है वह रिकवर नहीं कर सकते पर आगे और डैमेज होने से रोक सकते है। इसी के साथ कैल्शियम , विटामिन डी , मल्टी-विटामिन्स और कुछ blood thinners पेशेंट को दिए जाते है। अगर जल्द से जल्द AVN Hip का इलाज करे तो इसका डैमेज रुक सकता है।
