I also prefer Future 2011 but I think I saw a video of him saying that back then his style was influenced a lot by Rashaad. I kind of feel that since that time he discovered himself more within his dance and was able to create a style unique to him. I might be wrong.
@@pateastwood I used to watch Future back then and I noticed that he had so much musicality and groove to his dance. He really impressed me, and my kind of dancers are like Robot Prince, Flattop, Elektric_no1 etc... When I watch his more recent stuff, it seems to me that he just evolved into pure funk. Like he lets himself go a lot of the time and you will see him just break into these little dance grooves. He still has that same timing, musicality and control from his early days though. Future was just born to dance.
Maybe I have never paid enough attention to Rashaad, but I always thought Future was the man out of those two, and much more creative. Rashaad reminds me of Sally Sly sometimes.
@@in_vas_por8810 I understand what you mean, he definitely let himself while he dances go these days, he remind you that this is a dance and that you're suppose to have fun while being musical and funky. Out of the 2, future is also the one who impresses me the first but I have started to pay more attention to Rashaad and I grew to really like his style too. They are both great.
@@pateastwood Yeah man Future is honestly the first person I have seen in all my years of dancing and watching who actually looks like hes having so much fun that he can't control himself. It is really inspiring when you think about it. And like I said he still murders people with that technical skill he has.
But yeah... People kind of sleep on Rashaad. You really have to be very clean in order to get people to notice you when you're basically doing pure boogaloo. I'm also becoming really obsessed with Jay Gee's scarecrow. Never seen anyone that clean besides Gucchon and Riley Moore.
