60g granulated sugar
50g cake flour
10g ground almonds
5g cocoa powder
■Chocolate cream
80g sweet chocolate
200ml heavy cream
10g granulated sugar

Para el cupcake:
0:22 Corte 20g de mantequilla sin sal.
0:37 En un recipiente con agua caliente derrita los 20g de mantequilla sin sal y 30g de chocolate dulce.
1:06 En un recipiente bata 2 huevos y 60g de azúcar granulada.
2:03 Tamice 50g de harina de repostería, 10g de almendras molidas y 5g de cocoa en polvo.
5:54 Precaliente el horno a 170°C y hornee por 12-15 minutos.
6:19 Deje que se enfríen.
Para la crema de chocolate:
6:27 Sobre un recipiente con agua caliente derrita 80g de chocolate dulce.
7:04 Agregue 60ml de crema espesa o crema de leche o nata.
8:44 Sobre un recipiente con agua y hielo bata 140ml de crema espesa o crema de leche o nata y 10g de azúcar granulada.
