When Felicia Flores suffered hair loss due to alopecia and the stress of losing a child, she initially struggled with hair being a part of identify. She ultimately tossed the wigs aside and held her bald head high, and now, she empowers other women, children and men experiencing hair loss to do the same. As the Founder of BaldieCon, Flores has created a safe space and a community for other bald beauties to thrive. The third annual conference takes place Sept. 27-29 in Atlanta.
