because people these days immediately call historical genre(especially if it's set in ancient times) shit and they watch shit anime like SAO, Naruto, Fairy Tail, DBZ etc.
seriously, Kingdom stomps on a lot of anime because of how epic it is. one of the best anime ever

@@leeminchung9 the ones you mentioned aren't shitty (except for DBZ, I don't understand the appeal), honestly Kingdom has a few issues despite its great story, the fights aren't that deep despite it being about wars, so fighting is a big element in it, but the main issue is that the anime didn't do it justice, the first season had 3d animation and it was pretty weird, then they didn't even continue it after season 2, I hope they continue the anime in the future, with proper animation
