You've said that in 'm' column you assumed A=35 ... On what basis you assumed that , pls clear this doubt.
It is just an assumption you can select any number. Generally we select a number somewhere in middle to simplify our calculation.
That you want to choose any value of 'm' you much better to select the least value of 'm'
