Just because the media shows the individuals who do the wrong thing, does not discount the literal hundreds of thousands that do their job appropriately.

I agree....the cashier should have came forward on his behalf...this is too much
Even the janitors?
pin me down for being sued, odnt care fired i care the free money
If it’s one thing anyone could learn from all these CZcams viral videos is… Never trust a person with blue hair. Period!
The first cop that initiated this, without checking his receipt first should be fired and arrested for assault. Then the other 2 blind mice that came in and telling him he would break his nose then put his knee on his neck, all the while trying to disable him. All it took was checking the receipt and an apology for the holdup. Instead these poorly tralned officers failed at their tasks of investigation then arrested. Its innocence before guilt, and all the cops seem to forget this. He should sue the store for false reporting and the cops for being way too abusive and aggressive. Was it the last of a special Doughnut pizza? I mean, he would swap for a pepperoni instead of being beat up on.
Politicians stealing millions and being still unpunished, man paid for his pizza $5 and is treated like the worst criminal.
And our president stole his position. Nothing has been done.
That is how the world works, don't complain will ya?

goes to show you its not a race thing...cops treat everyone like shit equally
The Walmart greeters be getting sketchy.
Bro really was forced to take on 3 dudes 💀
Watch the blue-haired magician at the local Walmart turn 3 cops into 3 civilians
worst part is is that they’ll probably only get a slap on the wrist, at best they get suspension with pay. the police force is completely corrupt and exists as it’s own entity.
prisoners*
@@zapis9328ya, that's unfortunately often the case...however, when it's filmed and made so public like this, they sometimes have no choice but to take action on the officers involved...especially if the person files a lawsuit. It more depends on the potential reputational damage to the department and the town/city than on the action itself.
You mean turn 3 cops into 3 cops 2 counties over, right?
The fukn pig threatened to break his nose then proceded to crush his windpipe with his knee. the dude didnt have a gun or a blade, that kind of violence is bllsht. I FKN HATE PIGS.

WalMart called the cops of a $5 pizza!
The cop grabbing the receipt at the end looks like he’s never read a thing in his life
Surprised he didn’t ‘lose’ it in a bin. Receipt? What receipt? Definitely stole that pizza… put a tick on the win column for crimes solved.
Really sad it had to reach tht far and he had the receipt 😢
What do you expect from a high school bully? At some point we all know they're illiterate.
He probably hasn't
Untrue, he’s read every fast food menu until memorized
Full description of the interaction...
Borisouth told USA TODAY his uncle had called him from the Walmart asking for a hand jump-starting his car, which had died in the parking lot. Borisouth, who remodels houses for a living, had just gotten off of work and was shirtless due to the hot weather, a detail he believes played a role in the officers’ decision to approach him. While waiting for the car to start back up, Borisouth decided to run inside the store and grab a frozen pizza to take home to his family for dinner.
“I thought I’d be out quick, just in and out. That’s why I didn’t care that my shirt was off,” said Borisouth. “I went inside, got the frozen pizza, called my wife and said ‘hey, don’t cook dinner, I’m purchasing this pizza right now.’”
Borisouth paid for the pizza at self-checkout and opted not to put it in a bag to avoid waste, instead putting the receipt in his pocket before heading towards this exit. This was when he first noticed an officer stationed in the store “staring” at him.
Borisouth said the officer made initial contact as he walked past to get to the exit, allegedly asking: “Got your receipt?” to which Borisouth said he answered “yes” before continuing toward the door. That was when he noticed the officer coming toward him in the reflection of the glass doors.
“As I stepped through the sliding doors, he jumped in front of me, flipped me around to where my back was to him and pushed me into the machine in that corner,” he said. This is when bystanders began recording the interaction on their phones.
Borisouth said he was detained after the video ended and sat in the back of a police car for about an hour until a police captain reviewed surveillance footage and confirmed he had paid for the pizza. While he was released on the scene, he was told he was being issued a ticket for “not following remand.”
*The first cop was off-duty police working as Wal-mart door guard.
Seriously? 1 like and 0 comments?
How could this comment be buried down here? I was looking for minutes to find someone having some information about this case.
Thank you
Thanks for sharing. The ticket will be nothing when the payday from the lawsuit comes. This was excessive force and clear abuse of power. The officer threatening to break his nosw is one of the biggest indicators for that.
How can you attack someone like that. Maybe if you were paying attention and saw someone walk through the self checkout without paying but just assuming someone didn't pay and attacking them is messed up. I'd hate to live in a police state the the US. They only seem to go after honest citizens from what I've seen and when there are active shooters in a school they just wait outside while kids and teachers are being killed.
Zero tolerance type actions can cost BIG BUCKS.
I wonder what the neighborhood is like?
Good that a witness that knew him was with him.
Im from germany and i once was in a huge electro Discounter with my parents. When we left the the alarm went off. One of the security guys friendly asked me if i can empty my pockets, what i did, but the alarm still went off. The security guy apologized and suspected a problem with the alarm system snd kindly asked if i agree to a full check in their office to find what triggers the alarm.
I agreed cause i had nothing to hide and this might could happen in other stores where people might not be that friendly.
After scanning me with a handscanner it turned out it was my pullover. My mother bought it a few days ago and still had the recipe in case it doesnt fit.
They removed the tag but there was another tag sewed into the pullover itself that wasnt neutralised.
The security guard offered to neutralize it what he did then.
But yes there was a case where a store detective hid parts in customers bags and pockets and accused them for shoplifting cause he got extra pay for every shoplifter he caught.
He was caught on cctv while puting stuff into a customers pocket and was sentenced to a few years in prison. The shop dropped all complaints against customers he caught cause they could not verify who was a real shop lifter and who was a victim of the detective.
It was quite expensive for the shop cause they also had to to compensate ever customer who was accused of shoplifting by this detective.
Even dept 13 (Asset Protection/Loss Prevention) knows not to pinch ppl stealing less than $25. It’s actually in the handbook.
They should be fired and publicly shamed
and jailed
Wrong. This is prison. Assault and battery with intent to harm.
@@wesbaumguardner8829Yup. Hear the cop tell him he'll break his nose? That's completely malicious and unnecessary behaviour. Threatening GBH in order to force compliance is actually crazy.
@@That0Homeless0Guy That IS the "system." Gang thugs attacking outliers is the modus operandi. Most people immediately comply with "orders." The people that don't are attacked.
