20 Gms. Haldi Powder (1 T.sp)
100 Gms. Salt (5 Tb spn.)
½ T.sp Heeng
30 Gms. Saunf/Fennel
30 Gms. Rai/Mustard Seeds Powder
15 Gms. Red Chilli Powder
15 Methi Dana/Fenugreek seeds Pwd.
1 T.sp Kalonji
1 Cup Oil
Add rest of the haldi and salt...
