Tough bingos to spot there...I have watched your video explanation of the card box you utilise to study anagrams and tough words to spot, its a good exercise tool.
to be honest with you I think the rack was the problem with you not spotting ideations...the rack was so vowel heavy it seemed hard to see anything but a damage control play... if its any consolation, you did find better plays than I would have.
