He gave confidence to others because he had experienced it when he was so young that he lost his confidence in singing good thing his teacher pulled him up because she has seen great talent on Chenle and believed in him that brings Chenle got back his confidence in singing and believed himself and he learned from that experienced and gave courage to others. That's what his been doing to his members when they lost confidence in themselves. He encourage them by making their worries into positive and it works because it comes from his heart he meant what he say. And encourage them to believe in themselves and be confident. Tbh even not working as idol, chenle would be that kind of person I'd make friend with, coz he has sth i'm looking for(or to say, sth I lack of). As a foreign speaker I always feel awkward and shame when I cannot fully understand what Natives are talking about coz I think that's my problem, but chenle is different.. when he cannot understand sth from his members he would ask again what does that mean and then use that immediately(puff live in sports section). I mean he is always passionate and willing to join the group when he goes to somewhere unfamiliar, while most people would stay in the comfortable zone(like me) and even don't plan to change such situation... another point is that he is always not hesitate to show his real emotions(in right places), he loves mark and ty(just like me), and all we see is that he has strong skin ship with Mark and repeatedly praises him various situations.. in Halloween party he's the only one dressing like that and doesn't care about the visual at all, just because he loves the movie...these two are attracting me the most

I've said this before... he is like this bec his family is nice and warm too. Its not easy to open your house like that to national TV.
I remember his grandpa asking why the TV crew wont eat with them (at the same time) bec they are guests too and guests get to eat first.
It shows their family treats everyone the same.
This is why he is my bias. U can learn alot from him. He is a very positive kid- he didnt let negativity surrounds him (u can check his vlive with others), he is very supportive towards Jisung (u can check nct chenji episodes) & wonderful kid who loves his hyungs & dongsaeng wholeheartedly.
