How much deposit is required to buy a property
I must add new suburbs roads are narrow its better to live 12 km away from city big lands and old house.
You will get few benefits first it can be subdivided and secondly most of the blocks you can build another one at the back.
I know u living in old house but these old houses are more stronger than new once.
Secondly u can slowly renovate
Third cheaper than 800k some houses in fawkner land is over 600 sqm.
Closer to city u can sell it more expensive in few years time. New suburbs small land houses are new but can not be subdivided its conjested.
One makor drawback old suburbs old house but house front is 15m or 16 m whereas new houses frontage is only 9m or max 10m.
True, but again comes down to personal choice. Some people would rather get newer house with less hassle for maintenance. Newer generation prefer smaller less maintenance house due to no time to look after properties when both parents are working. Plus the community matters to some, specially given frequents visit from indian parents. I used to live in inner east although a perfect melborune life before, it now doesn't suit my style given parents and kids etc.

No man if u want to make money u have to buy in good suburbs old house I did the same though I had land I built another one at back after that u can play around live in one rent another.
I sold one transfer my loan to another and the money I got after selling 1st unit reinvested again bought old house and builder built 2 units as we shared profits.
This way I built my portfolio though I was working and investing and someone else building and selling and I was getting my profit.
How good is that as I said play smart.

Hello Bhai .4CR agar invest karenge tab 12 lack p.a milenge..but India me 4cr ki fd me 8-9% mil rha hai..it means 32L p.a...so what is the benefit...and price will increase then have to pay long term gain....35% will go as tax ..so not a better plan of investment ...but thanks for vedios..
Thank you for your comment. My views : FD doesn't increase you asset value, so thays out of the question. I should have explained the capital gain tax better, the profit gets added to your salary and than you are taxed as normal. Mostly the tax here is 30%. But if you are only investing in one property from india, your total income is 12lakh, 25k aud, which will have almost none tax. Still I think you can get more return in idnia from investing 4cr. But it depends on individual, some people may just want to spend clean money overseas safely. Even though making slightly less, and than again you ca flex about it to your friends and if you travel to aus often can use to reside if not rented. Amir log kar sakte hain.

Is masters in CS more valuable in terms of getting good, high payrate jobs than Masters in IT or both are same in getting good job?
In getting a job they are not going to make massive difference. You slowly build ur job career.. as long as you studied good it degree from good uni and understood the concepts.

Buying house won't give you pr but applying 888 sub class visa for business investment gives u pr but investment code is 7 to 10 cr.

If Ur young, student visa is your best bet. But you habe to be good in studies, English medium and 12th main if you get above 75% you will do good here..
