You're the best CZcamsr who make such a informative videos about Canada and studying there... I appreciate it. Good luck on everything you do bro!
hi
Hello I'm interested in pursuing a masters degree in oil and gas engineering, petroleum engineering please help with cheaper schools and scholarships available, also PR
What are the cheapest universities in Canada for a masters degree in oil and gas engineering please help
I’ve lived in Vancouver as an intl student for just shy of a year and already landed my first “great” job (it pays $50k/year, which is more than I’ve ever made in my home country/more than I expected to be making now), and I don’t think it matters that much which college you’re enrolled in (I’ll elaborate below)… I went with the cheapest PGWP-eligible college option (2-year program costing $8k/year) and it turned out to be a great decision. I’m still studying but also working full-time since they removed the 20-hour/week cap for study permit holders in 2023. I’ve never been so busy in my life, but it feels like my hard work is paying off and I couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity
Btw, I’m enrolled in an Associate’s degree program at a private institution called UCW - they’re no longer offering any programs this cheap, though (I got the domestic rates), but it’s not that hard to find a designated school outside of the Atlantic that charges less than NBCC these days if you’re patient and open to “less popular” schools. These "top 10 affordable colleges" aren't really that affordable, I'm afraid. If you're unsure of which program to take, business-related programs are a no-brainer because there are several of them and you can always come up with a good story for why you chose to take it in your letter of explanation - it's always a great idea to get a second opinion, though, preferably from someone who has experience submitting letters for study permit applications. I had my first application (and my spouse's) refused by IRCC due to "purpose of visit" (the most vague justification they'll usually give for refusing an application), but then we got our approval after reapplying with the help of an immigration consultant.
Thank you so much for sharing this story, I hope more people will get to know it. Would you be open to do an interview? Please message me on instagram if you are, @maxmedyk
@@Pedro-do-Canadaplanning to move to Canada for higher study, would really appreciate if I got to get in touch with you..cause I assume us to be very like minded in thoughts .btw I'm from nepal, opposite side of the world to you..
@@Pedro-do-Canada If it´s a private instituation, do they accecpet international students? How did you get the domestic rates, if I may ask?
@@MelinParis1 Hi Sandra. Yes, they're a private DLI that receives mostly international students. I got the domestic rates through a scholarship called Americas Tuition (available for citizens of all American countries) - I applied through an international student agency that I came across watching videos of a Brazilian youtuber/student advisor (the same service that Max provides). They are compensated by a sales commission so I didn't have to pay anything to get my LOA other than a tuition deposit.
The quality of your content is just amazing every time.
So glad you like it!
Hi Max! You are doing an amazing content, thanks for valuable videos! I would like to ask: Which universities do you recommend for studying graphic design?
Hi! Seneca, BCIT, Bow Valley College
I went to Lethbridge College in Lethbridge Alberta as an international student. Highly recommend this as it is very reasonable price for tuition, housing is CHEAP in the area, lots of jobs for students and the college itself is actually quite good.
Great! Thanks for the input!
Whats your course there? Also, how much is its fees?
The fees are actually 18k+, not that cheaper
@@naumayaranabhat9376 Lethbridge College is a REAL college with good teachers, equipment, new buildings, good academic programs, etc. You will actually learn something and new skills you can use to build a future. It is not a sketchy bogus college that you pay half price and learn nothing. The savings is really in the housing prices, food, transportation costs all being low in the area.
Good morning, can you help me apply for this college for 2024 September intake in lethbridge
Thank you so much!
You're welcome!
Hey I am a Humber student and most of Humber programs are about 16,000 per year
Yes, some are lower though. But I'd appreciate more insights on your experience. Do you want to reach out on Instagram? maxmedyk

Hi Max - I am really loving your chanel - great information/tips about studying in Canada as an international student. I am currently in the U.S., 47 years old, and possess both a B.A. and associates degree, and experience as a paralegal and court clerk here in the states. Do you have any recommendations for grad/masters programs in legal studies (don't want to be come a lawyer) or schools in Canada? Undecided as to where in Canada I would like to study or eventually seek PR. Thank you!
Hi! Thanks! We could discuss it over a brief call: calendly.com/d/dj7-6tc-7bz/15-minute-discovery-call-student-immigration-success
I’m curious as to why a US citizen would want to come to Canada ?
It will useful if you could do video on colleges and universities that accpet upto 10 year studygap
These do, it's more about the study permit application
I wanted to move from Toronto and watched your video and checked with Saskatchewan poly but the tuition fees are really expensive, not anywhere near $15200
Yeah, things have changed now, but the cost of living there is quite low
Hi Max, thank you for this amazing video and all your valuable videos :) I'd like to ask you about PR obtaining if we choose one of these colleges? Is is doable? (for example: Bow Valley college which offers part-time MBA for international students)
Thanks so much! Well, to get a study permit you need to be enrolled in a full time program
Please make video about accommodation costs for students in biggest cities!!!

I think it's a good option
@@ImCanada so it's not hard for a student in his 20's to get Onatrio PNP in the international student stream, that's good to hear because idk why they say Ontario is bad for PR

Hi Max, I have already applied to BCIT for Computer Systems Technology diploma program (September intake), and decision will be made after the deadline date ( 6 March 2023). Will I be able to get into BCIT, my program is highly competitive. BCIT says that for CST program , English and Maths scores of 10th and 12th will be taken into consideration.
My Scores :
English 10th - 93 /100
Maths 10th - 83 /100
English 12th - 83 /100
Maths 12th - 94 /100
It looks good to me but yes, it's competitive

so , if i understand you right, PR can be difficult in Ontario when you are 40ish+ ? so if i'm still in my 20s it can be easier as any other province ? the EE is basically the same in all provinces but the PNP in Ontario isn't bad, especially for International Students, Max can you please make a video specifically about the Ontario International Student Stream tips and tricks? i want to know how hard is it to get.

Is it possible to get a job after a diploma in Canada?
Absolutely
When I finished my college education in Toronto for six months, they sent me a letter to find out whether I found a job after 6 months and kept that statistic so the college do know which faculty graduate has the highest chance of employment after graduation, you can actually check with the education consultant of the college to find out which is better for future employment before you apply
