- She returns! Santa Fe 3751, a 4-8-4 type Baldwin Steam Locomotive. An oil burner, 90 inch drivers, and a large capacity tender, this is a beast! She has once yet again made an appearance at Fullerton RR Days, and might be her final one for a long time. Next year, she will begin her 15 year inspection that will delay her for 2-4 years of running, so she is making this year count. With 2 other excursions planned, this might be the year 3751 will finally shine.
This video includes Santa Fe 3751 being coupled and moved onto track 2, Tom (a friend of mine) in charge of the whole move, 3751 at full throttle, and 3751 at track speed, doing all of the work! This video also includes a few of the several trains I had caught that day, so stay tuned until the end, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy! :)

Thanks Alex! Tom is a cool guy! I met him in LAMRS, was not expecting him to be at Fullerton helping out on the move. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend at RR days! :)

Lol this took forever to depart!
It’s in sandiego
Nice to see you there! Also I thought it was going in to inspection last year?
Nope, they start next year. They are trying to get a few trips done before the inspection. It was also great seeing you too!
Not that it really matters, but 3751 has 80 inch drivers not 90. Nice video.
