Antonio Lagos Noel writes all his songs. Wall of Glass was written by Greg Kurstin not Liam. He just sings what other person created.
Liam's always been the singer, but he has written great songs, Little James and Songbird for example.

This is the best thing I've heard from either of the Gallagher brothers in years. It's groovy, rocking, catchy and weird in a cool way. Liams vocals sound amazing. The guitar riff on the chorus is almost something you could dance to, which is not something you'd normally say about music from a Gallagher. The music video is just as great, how cool doesn't Liam look in this? Who knew he could act? Playing this for the 7th time in a row or something now. Play it now, and play it loud. So hyped to see him perform live at Bergenfest on the 14th.

I've said it before ill say it again. Best comeback in music history and here's why.
1. After probably being main reason for oasis splitting he was made to look like the bad guy
2. After noel having a successful start to his solo career people were talking about noel more
3. After beady eye in my opinion not hitting certain height it appeared liam was out for the count.
But after this first single and a very successful solo debut album and tour and comeback at the one love gig especially with his brother not showing that day it seems and again its in my opinion that Liam has stood up to be counted for.
That's why In my opinion its probably one of the best comebacks in music In the last year and a half or maybe longer.

You can tell he worked with a pop producer on the hooks, but it actually suits him quite well, and ends up soundling like a logical next step after "Dig Out Your Soul" (I disregard BE, I find it a bit hackneyed). Noel will always be the "author" half of Oasis, but judging by this single it sounds like little brother has found some other co-writers who know how to bring forward his charisma

I only ever really listened to the first one, and at the time it just sounded to me like sort of half-developed Oasis tunes, or like, missing a spark, or summat. But then again, a lot of people despise mid-period Oasis albums like "Standing On" or "Heathen Chemistry" and I absolutely love some tracks on those, so to each their own. Would you say the second album was better than the first one, though?
mywhychromosome yeah that's the Album I was referring to, 'BE', it's actually a decent album in my book; if you've ever had a passing interest in the Beatles or Oasis then it's not abad album to have on in the summer. Sounds pleasant with a poppy/psychedelic kick to it. Keep the dream alive.
