Simple cheesecake for a large baking tray from a bucket. A quick and easy recipe for a cheesecake

25x35 cm form
250 ml glass
Ingredients:
Base: 400 g cocoa biscuits. Blend.
Add 190 g melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Place the cookies on the bottom of the form (25x35 cm). Line the bottom with baking paper.
Cheese mass:
1 kg cottage cheese from a bucket
500 g mascarpone cheese
200 g whipping cream 36%
pinch of salt
7 whole eggs
90 g wheat flour
30 g vanilla sugar
1 cup sugar
All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix at the lowest speed only until the ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture onto the prepared base.
Place the cake in the preheated oven. Bake for 90 minutes, without convection, top and bottom heater at 140°C, 2nd shelf from the bottom. Place a baking tray filled with hot water on the bottom of the oven. Do not open the oven while baking. After baking, leave the cake in the oven for about 3 hours.
Toast about 5 tablespoons of almond flakes in a dry pan.
Pour 250 g of caramel mass on top of the cake.
Sprinkle with almond flakes.
