    Nice vid. Two suggestions: Try using a fork to hold the skin. And move the filet closer to the edge of the table when skinning

      You're absolutely right, however if one has a sharp knife it not that necessary to use a fork. I actually usually use skinning pliers to hold on to the tail section when removing the skin, works great as it gives a more comfortable angle to pull back on. I also agree on bringing the fillet closer to the edge as it's easier to cut away the skin. I actually forgot to mention that, it's a great point! Thanks for commenting!
